Although this is all done almost entirely automatically using high-tech machines, our expert staff keep a very close eye on the production and intervene where necessary. Processing is done at high speed and at 4 degrees Celsius. This means our products are fresh on your plate within 24 hours!
Our vegetable waste is passed on to a local farmer who will use it as cattle feed. We are committed to working in as environmentally-friendly a way as possible and aim to reduce the use of electricity, gas and water. To do this, we use both existing technologies and research new technologies.
